Curious about dehydration?
Question:
Answers:
The urge to drink water is a sensation controlled by the brain reflecting you overall state of hydration. Maybe you have always been drinking a lot of water and hence your body is adapted to being very well hydrated so that even if you lose a small amount of water from your body you start to feel thirsty. It could be because of incresed sweating in the summer or you might be doing some strenuous work which is making you sweat and thus increasing your body's desire for water. Keep drinking, water doesnt harm anyone, if your thirst becomes a problem I suggest you see a doctor. Be safe.
