Put both hands on the edge of the table and push yourself away before you're completely full.
As soon as I awake, I go, up and down, and up and down 3 times, then I, open my other eyelid, and go up and down, up and down 3 times, every morning without fail. It does wonders for your eyesight.
Jumping jacks. Works out heart and improves circulation of blood and lymph. The reason I suggest jumping jacks over running or jogging is because they are not hard on your knees like running and jogging can be.
Stretching and walking.
For me it's proper stretching of as many joints as possible. I do it when I wake up in the morning. I'll aos stretch again before exercise to reduce the risk of injury.
Sit up and get out of bed. Proves you're not dead yet.
