Rapid heart beat early a.m.?

Question:

I also have had a headache all day, however, the problem finally went away after recurring a couple of hours. It's happened before. I'm fine now.I take meds for high b/p and heart skipping but my cardiac cath shows my heart arteries are good. I'm upper 60's. Anyone had this and if so, what was the cause and/or outcome? thanks

high blood pressure and skipped beats are not all about clogged arteries. you also have to have your electrolytes checked, your heart valves, etc. If your hypertension came first, the skipped beats might just be a sequelae. anyway, have an ecg and a 2d echo again (most likely you've had these before if you had a cath before) Never skip your medications, that's the best step
