they should go away on their own. you can't just get rid of them, mine take a week or so to go away
Dude this is domestic abuse (yes men can be abused too, it is more common than you would think), if your wife is hurting you like this you need to speak to her about it, or just leave the b*tch.
i don't know of anything to make the bruises, go away, only time and they will heal.
