Should I see a dr. right away or can this wait? I twisted my ankle pretty bad last night?

Question: it is swollen a little, very painful though, the pain is on the outer ankle and goes down the side of my foot. I can walk on it if I keep most of my weight on my other foot but all of a sudden I will get this intense stabbing pain - what should I do?

whenever there's the chance of a broken bone you must see a doctor or orthopedist within two days so the bone doesn't begin to heal itself in the wrong position.
