Babies can go swimming any time, regardless of innoculations etc. But as its abroad and most likely an outdoor pool you might wanna use your discretion as to whether you want to or not. there's not actual reason i can think of but use your judgement.

only if you hold him, and only put his feet in it. he is so small, his immunity might not be so strong yet.
