What is happening here...?


Question:
recently I've only been able to sleep for 4 hours at a time. I wake up long enough to check the time then go back to sleep for another hr or two. When I do wake I feel like "dead weight".

Have you had a change in eating habits lately? I know that I go through the same thing periodically when I either go on or off a diet.

Also it happens when I go through a particularly stressful time at work or something's going majorly wrong in my personal life or with my family.

I'd just wait it out and it should get better. If not, contact a doctor.
are you depressed, or stressed? this could cause sleep disturbances. it could also be a medication you either started or stopped taking.
