The chinese believe that the cause of nosebleed is due to
inbalance in the body yin yang - in this case the body is
too heaty (not enough fluid, etc).

stop sniffing stuff.
Just say no!

Maybe you should consider asking your doctor for a medication to cal you down so you won't get stressed. Stress causes heart attacks, especially with hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, if you have regular high blood pressure, you need to get that treated with medication. If you don't like the medication angle, try meditation for your stress, or avoid stress altogether if you can. You could be sniffing too much.my son had that problem when he use to sniff so much that it would dry his nostrils out and because they were so dry his nose would bleed. It mainly happened around the spring during allergy season and the winter when the heat was drying his nose out..The only way we prevented the nose bleeds were putting Vaseline up his nose to keep it moisturized.Once you feel that you are doing alot of sniffing think about the Vaseline..it help my son.His was so bad that we had a difficult time stopping the nose bleed..But Vaseline will end all nose bleeds..

dry climate is a very common cause.
