tesco has a huge range of gluten free, as do the other supermarkets these days thank goodness...............there is a chocolate cake mix which is scrummy. you can make great pizza from the bread mix.
it is difficult as flour is in so many processed foods.
it is miserable for the person that has to prepare the meals and it is miserable for the person who can't have a blt sandwich from M&S. but it can be done
most shops now sell gluten free products with a wide range to choose from
Living at home normally is great, we cook all our own food, mostly from fresh and know everything that goes into our food, infact we eat like Kings, but eating out isn't so fun, there is so much trust that goes into eating out. Many people say they can cater, but we often get let down.

Alot of the supermarkets in England are starting to label their products better and Tescos especially have a good gluten free range.

Holidays are "fun". We always go self catering so we know we can always eat safely.
