Alan Carrs easy way to stop smoking. It's an excellent book and because you don't have to stop smoking until the end there's no reason not to read it.
Me too, but finally did. I used the commit lozenge. Worked great, I haven't smoked in 9 months. They are a little pricey, but over the long run they cost a lot less than cigarettes....and when you think about cancer or dying the cost for the lozenge or patch or what ever is priceless. Best of luck!
