My son is 10 yrs old and he seems to be having a problem with soiling his uderwear. How do I help him?

Question:
I know it sounds like a weird question but could it be a medical condition, I know that he always tells me that his stomach hurts and he's constantly in the bathroom.

Answers:
I would definitely take him to his doctor.

Other Answers:
Stop feeding him.
Rub his nose in it lol
Maybe he has loose stool. Get him checked out by a doc. In the meantime, get him some baby wipes. They will be more gentle on his bottom, and is more sanitary.
doctor!!!
Dude take him to the doctor already
is he watching on his room very often? his undegoing the adolescence stage men
This is a different approach but has been proven to work. If nobody else can help him take him to a chiropractor. They may be able too, i know of certain methods which help young children help stop wetting themselvs, i don't know if it applies to that age or not but what can hurt to call and ask?
There are forms of colitis that can cause symtoms like this. Get him checked out, it's not at all normal (bed-wetting or such isn't that unusual, but this is)
The poor kid!!! He might have some form of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Take him to see a pediatric gastroenterologist right away. Not only could there be something seriously wrong (worse than IBS) this could cause some psychological issues.
Take him to the doctor it could just be nerves or something more serious. There r alot of children out there who have this problem or with wetting themselves (usually at bed time). My daughter used to wet the bed and I finally took her to the doctors it is a medical condition and should be address before he feels really bad about it. Good luck and I hope u found out what is wrong with him before it's to late!
take him to the doctor. he might be reacting to stress, or be frightened of someone or something. get help
There's always Crohns Disease...DOCTOR!
Your question is a little vague. I assume you mean that he defecates...and not urinates. If it is defecation, then he may have some tortion on the bowel (slightly twisted), a fistula of the rectum, or a narrowing of the bowel. All require a physical exam to determine the cause. At the moment, I suggest keeping him on soft foods, avoid leafy vegetables and a warm bath might help the discomfort until you can arrange an appointment.
please take the little guy to the doctor
you should definitely have him checked it could be a number of things from emotional to molestation he needs to be checked ASAP
Yes, it can definitely be a medical problem. I suggest you make an appointment tomorrow.
Usually boys have problems wanting to go to the bathroom. They hold it in until they are so constipated that feces is backed up into their stomachs. This is very dangerous and if this is his problem you need to get him to the hospital.
Why don't you talk to him about his problem? It could be what you are feeding him that doesn't agree with him or it could be his nerves. Just talk to him and if you can't figure it out, go to the doctor.
