We moved 2 days ago, so the back of my legs are killing me?

Question:
They still hurt, my right one more. Do you think I pulled something, or just still sore from moving?

Answers:
well if you moved alot of heavy things then your muscles might get tighter and your legs are tired from the heavy lifting or you might have pulled something from the move...if it doesn't go away in a few days then you might want to see a doctor about it....

Other Answers:
see a doctor immediately. a small minor pain could mean alot of things from just ache from the moving or other which we never know unless consulting a doctor.
it could b that they re just sore but u should check with a doctor as soon as u can. Its better to assure urself
Either way purchase "Icy Hot" in stick form, (like a stick of deodorant), it works quick and gooooood!
well julia if you packed up your whole house and moved it all in one day then that's something you don't normally do everyday!! so your legs are still hurting because they're not use to doing that much in 1 day.
Could just be sore from moving, but it could be something else. I would wait a day or two, then see your doc if they keep hurting. try stretching your legs by doing some easy walking and stretches, that might help the pain.
not being a doctor but having the grind of moving i suspect you have strained muscles in your legs that you havn't used in a long time. you did'nt mention if you are having swelling along with it
take it easy for a few days then if it doesn't clear you might want to see your doctor. you probally favored your right leg more in the moving process so it could hurt more than your left. feel better soon!!
That is just due to over exertion and movement that you made yourself too tired during the moving. During muscle contraction chemical reactions in the muscle cell undergoes and lactic acid is the 'waste byproducts' from the chemical reactions. The increased metabolic activity, the increased work load of exercise produces increased waste byproducts. This lactic acid accumulation causes nerve irritation that is why you feel the pain. That will just go with some antispasmodic and keep moving your muscles by some execises.
If you moved you would use muscles you have not used in a while carrying and lifting etc. Go to the doctors if you are worried or keep stretching them with simple leg excercises.
you are just sore from moving most likely. if you do not do a lot of heavy lifting and such you will be sore for a few more days then it will go away.
