I have several knots in my back. Will these ever go away with treatment?

Question:

Answers:
Yep:) If not way too serious you can go for a few massages. The more it hurts the more likely they'll go away. As you press on the tender knot, it increases blood flow throughout the area, thus permitting your body to remove the knot over time. Good luck : )

Other Answers:
go get a massage or see a doctor
if you get a professional massage it may help. either that or ask your doctor about it if you are concerned.
maybe a spinal decompression treatment may be good for you. Check your age, it may be calcium deposits
Massage will help. Physical therapy might be needed if they are really bad. Plus, some insurance doesn't cover massage but will cover physical therapy.
yes they will go away with treatment and NO STRESS
stress brings the knots back
I recommended u to see a massage therapist or a doctor...
tie them up tightly with cotton thread , they will dry-no blood feed them any more - then they will drop out . excuse my (weak) english but i think the idea is clear I 've done it myslef to help some friends ..
It's not ideal to leave it, because it can be a re-occurring problem. Visit a massage therapist or chiropractor.

All the best!
My wife's a chiro. She'd start fixing you up in a jiffy. Of course how well any treatment works depends just as much on what your doing to your back, and if you keep doing it. But check it out. (don't ask a traditional doctor for their opinion, they are very biased.) Try it for yourself.

I have had many back treatments. They all have their merits, but, unless you need surgery (and get many opinions about that please) chiro has helped me the most and is the simplest.
