I will try to give you an adequate advice and some solution.Dear,if you have been burnt really severely it's better to seek a medical help.Bear in mind that the whole body can respond to that, with raising the body temperature, dizziness tec. As to some soothing, there are many home remedies like using topically yogurt, cucumbers, etc over the affected areas. I strongly would recommend you to go to the pharmacy and to buy Panthenol(contains vit.B5),or other medication treating burns from 2d to 3rd degree, containing Vit.E and s other anti-inflammatory agent.Drink as much water as you can..That's of vital importance..Of real help are the Calendula ointment and Aloe Vera containing gels, lotions etc..really helpful..Good luck and next time put on 60 SPF if needed!

use aloe vera and soak in the bath tub instead of the shower and use extra sensative lotion with some spf
Random enough..a tea bath. Put some lukewarm water into your tub and throw 10 or 15 tea bags in there. Let it steep for a while then jump in. Wet towels on the burn helps a lot too. Any aloe with solercain help as well.
Aloe Vera is the best remedy for a sunburn. It has a soothing agent, and will also promote healing. PLEASE next time use sunblock!
calomine lotion the stuff u use 4 chicken poxs
the best is to soak in a cool bath with vinegar, then carefully massage fresh not storebought aloe into it until the sunburn isn't hot anymore.
White vinegar will take the sting out. Put it on a wash cloth and wipe it on. Also Aloe will help. IB Prophen will help with the pain. My kids like to soak in a tub of luke warm water and intstant tea, I have never tried it but they heard it somewhere and they swear to it, I know it works for poison ivy. Good Luck.

Aloe vera directly from the plant. Also, those cooling aloe products work good, but are temporary fixes. I use the one by Hawaiian Tropics called Cool Ice Lidocaine. The lidocaine numbs the pain from the burn & the gel cools it. Take a baking soda bath. Buy one of the small gold boxes & pour the WHOLE box into the tub in cool water. Swirl it a bit to dissolve, then use a cup, your hands, a washcloth or other item to pour the water over the burn.
I gave this advice to another sunburned person. Hope it helps.
ALOE VERA is best - either the bottled stuff at the store or a real leaf, squeeze out the gel - or I've even used Noxema (you know, the face cream).
Make a bath as cold as you can stand it and pour a whole bottle of vinegar in it. Soak as long as you can as the vinegar takes the burn out and has a browning agent. It's good for your hair, too. Pat dry and dab pure vinegar on the burn areas. Let dry. ( Ya, stand there naked and freeze, sorry, ha.) Hay, you may smell like a salad for awhile but, who cares. When that dries smear cool from the fridge aloe vera gel. I like Bactine, too. The vinegar is the important part. You can dab it on your face with a cotton ball. Watch the eye area. I use brown vinegar but, white is ok, too. Then wear VERY soft clothes and have crisp clean sheets. Get the blistex.lips are the worst!
P.S. Start using Bull Frog Gel!
Aleo Vera and lots of it! Not only does it cool the skin but it helps keep it hydrated. Next time use sunscreen, even it you want a nice tan you should still use a low sunscreen to protect your skin.
Go to the drugstore and pick up some Aloe Vera Gel.There are many different brands.I use Shoppers Drugmart brand. It helps cool and relieve sunburn pain.

put a dab, just a dab, of tooth paste on it.
use aloe lotion on allthe burned spots.
Pure aloe vera gel and don't take hot showers.just let the water be warm enough where it won't hurt!
Put vinegar on your sunburn. I doesn't smell great and it may sting when you first put it on, but vinegar is great for taking the soreness out of a sunburn. Good Luck!
