That seems like a healthy weight, but if you are concerned, I would get your body fat measured. This will tell you how much fat vs. lean mass you have on your frame. If the body fat is getting over 25% you may want to consider starting an exercise routine including weight bearing exercises. If is very important as women age that we do more weight bearing exercises to keep our bone density up. Additionally, it is possible to be a size two or four and still be fat and jiggly. Cardio is great but only weight lifting is going to get you firm. :-) Regardless, be confident in who you are, and it is more important to be healthy that see a particilar number on the scale.
