should i be worried?

today i did some heavy lifting and after i was finished i was watching a movie and my head started throbbing and it was hurting kinda bad..and a couple seconds later i got a nose bleed. it wasnt that much blood and it was only for a couple of minutes. i havent had a nose bleed in YEARS i took some aspirin for my headache but its still hurting a little and i also had put on a backbrace when i was doing the lifting but when i take it off my back hurts pretty bad and i put it back on and its ok after a while....should i be worried about anything?

A bad headache followed by a nose bleed should be checked asap.
There maybe no conection but because the two can be related to high blood pressure and stroke--I encourage you to get it checked out.
