That depends on the type of drug test. If you're talking about a simple 7 panel dip test then I highly doubt it would, and certainly not after 72 hours. I would suspect that it would only show up in a lab test if they specifically look for it. It's just a CNS Depressant and not of the class of drug that is normally tested for.
