I had i really bad.. made me so self concious.. all over my face. I tried all the creams and medications before i was told to maybe take a good look at my diet..

I had a food test at this place. and since i stopped eating certain foods. my skin has cleared up by about 90%

also.. read the juicemaster site.. he had the same problem and diet changed his life (and made him rich !!)

its worth trying if your getting no help from potions and lotions
