Advil (ibuprofen) is my miracle. I don't know how I'd get through my period without it.
when you know you are going to get cramps, take aleve! its the non perscription perfect drug! make sure you start taking it the day before your period and your cramps will be much less painful! mine used to make me throw up and pass out, now that i take aleve for the first 3 days, every 8 hours, i feel nothing!! its great!!
