What causes people to smell like urine?

I then realised the stench of urine wafting through the bus, and I think it's because of that guy. Anyone know what causes people to smell like that?

He may have suffered from urinary incontinence which coupled with dehydration on a hot day makes the urine concentrated and therefore smells worse. He may have been wearing an incontinence pad and had not had a break to change it as yet. If he had suffered from it for some time then he may not even be able to smell it on himself. Sad..but true.

He may actually have had urine on his clothes or been in contact with an area where someone else had urinated. Besides that.. when clothes mildew, they tend to smell like urine. Mildew is caused by moisture not drying properly--he may have sweated or been in the rain without washing his clothes.
well, aside from high acidic content, sweat and tears are roughly the some as urine (they are the exact same as clear urine, because clear urine has little to no acid in it), and sometimes some people's sweat just smells worse than others. Also could have been a bum, and a drunk guy who pissed himself
