The same thing that caused the pain in your butt! Look at your partner. mine always says it's me is the pain in the neck. But seriously, have you sat in a draft, washed your hair and not dryed properly, or just sitting wrong at this flaming computor will do it. take a Ibuprofen 400mg or 200mg if you have to by some places won't sell you strong. make sure you take it after food and no alchol. otherwise get someone to massage your neck with a warm hand or wrap your neck up if you can take the heat tonight. should go away
