After my IVF procedure, I didn't really feel any different than I normally do, at least physically. I did lay down for at least 24 hours afterward. Depending on when you have the transfer done (at the blastocyst or embryo level) I've heard it takes 3-7 days to implant. Sometimes you can detect that you're pregnant on those 5-day early tests, but if you have an HCG shot on cycle day 21, that could give you a false positive result. Sometimes when the embryo implants you'll have a little spotting, which is implantation bleeding.

Emotionally, I was a basket case. Ever twinge I felt I thought was implantation. Probably the mixture of the hormones and the anxiety of thinking it wouldn't work.
