Question:

Answers:
4-6 weeks is the normal time that a fractured wrist is in the cast. How long has it been since you were placed in a cast?

Other Answers:
3 weeks
It all depends on how badly the wrist is broken. The average time in a cast is 6 to 8 weeks.
6 weeks thats how long my son was in one.
If it is your radius or ulna.. 6 weeks is average
if you broke your smaller bones such as your scaphoid it could be up to 12 weeks.
Need a lot more information, age of patient is a biggy 6-8 weeks for anyone under twenty, 3 to 4 months if you are in your 60, which bone in the wrist, you have 7 bone, was there any pining involved. If it was the radius ( arm bone nearest the thumb) or ulna (funny bone) was a growth plate involved this can also increase the length of time it takes a fracture to heal
most people are in cast from 6 to 8 weeks depending on how fast the break heals.
6 weeks is usual time
it really depends on the type of fracture. when i fractured both the bones in my wrist i was in a long arm cast (on that goes up to your armpit) for 3 weeks then in a small arm cast for 2 weeks. Some fractures take longer to heal so anywhere fron 3 to 8 weeks is about right
