Whats a good word for when you use toilet seat protector and it falls in the water before you sit down?

the part in the middle usually falls into the water and pulls the who thing down. i hate it when it happens and there should be a word for it.lets make one.

i just use toilet paper and not the protectors.haha. i put it on the seat and then like 2 squares worth in the middle, and im good to go.
