Help me with my feet!?

Question: I don't have flat feet but i often get stabbing pains in my left foot.

If it makes any diffence, I'm a size 11 shoe, and i have a very big instep.

You may want to see a doctor, or get those Dr.Scholls shoe sole things. Sounds like a foot cramp. Take potassium a few times a week to see if that helps.

You need to see a Dr. or a Podiatrist. Stabbing pains are never good, and may be an indicator of diabetes related neuropathy. Don't take chances, see a Dr.
