2 months is a long time for your legs to still be causing pain and aching. I waited too long thinking the problem (back problems) would go away before I seen a Dr. and ended up with other problems. Just a suggestion

First of all consult a doctor it may be a fatal problem but it is not cause to worrie.
Secondly, Bear in mind that this type of pains are parts of sports person. This is acctually not pain instead this is hardening of muscles in punjabi we call it "Khallee". To accomodate newer work pressure muscle gets develop itself that causes the pain.
Don't worrie at all, if pain persists take a rest for 1-2 days or take high callorie food.
