Whats a good way to help your hands not feel so stiff?
From the tip of my thumb down to my wrist is so stiff all the time and starts to hurt after a while. The docter suspects carpal tunnel but I need to see a nerologist before anything. But I dont have health insurance to cover that. Is there any ways to help loosen up the joints or the bones or whatever it is?
Thank you and have a happy holiday

What to eat after not eating a meal for 1 week.?
I have some problems on my feet similiar to yours. I just got a parafin spa for my birthday. Amazing! It costs like $30 and you can get it at bed bath and beyond. The wax lasts a long time if you always wash your hands and not too many people use it. And you get the benefit of having hands and feet look like you just went for an expensive manicure/pedicure treatment! Hope this helps.
