How do you treat capsulitis?

Question: I seem to have it in both shoulders and its particuarly uncomfortable at night

The only sort of capsulitis was adhesive capsulitis, or "frozen shoulder".
I've heard that the pain starts when you stop moving, so it might hurt because you're trying to sleep. You should probably see a doctor and ask about physical therapy too.
