I'm having trouble getting to sleep at night.?


Question:
I've tried cutting out caffeine, having some carbohydrate to eat and yoga breathing exercises. Nothing seems to work.
Can anyone recommend any self-help. I don't want to have to take sleeping tablets if I can help it.

dont take that awful nightal,you wake up with a hangover feeling,a dr wouldnt give u valium,not that u want it.Try to relax your mind before hitting the pillow,read a book is a good one or the daily papers,guarenteed to put u in a coma
you could try to do something really boring
