A very hot compress placed over the boil helps to draw it out (bring it to the surface). Don't try to pop it until it is ready as this is very painful. When it is ready then sterilise a needle (place it in boiling water for about 20 mins) and then very gently pop the boil and remove all the yukky stuff. If this is recurring then you are going to need antibiotics and you should be exremely careful and sanitary around food. Get yourself an anti-bacterial wash as boils can cause some forms of food poisoning (staphelliocus or something tha sounds like that). Be careful and good luck xx
This is an extremely old cure, quite gross, but I will share it with you just for interest's sake.
When someone in the country developed a boil, a poultice of fresh cow **** was prepared and placed on the infected area. At that time it definitely was the cure.
