only on their hands and feet.
LOL! Yes, it works for anybody!
I would say probably so. I know of black people who have gotten a sun tan before so I'm sure some amount of sunblock can help you. If it was designed only for white people don't you think it would say it?
Yes because black ppl can burn
Yes the same as white people.
of COURSE!!!!
there is a misconception.... maybe your thinking that SUN BLOCK makes people preserve their color even if they do sun bathing....
THATS WRONG...
sun block BLOCKS the harmful Ultra VIOLET rays emitted by the sun.. it blocks off radiation...
and radiation does not choose whether your white or black... as long as you have skin then you're a victim...
yes it does. black people can get skin cancer too. it's the ultra violet rays that cause skin cancer, and sun blocks are made to block these rays. it does not matter how dark your skin is, all skin is at risk of prolonged exposure to uv rays. your question is not stupid. even black people thought they were immune to skin cancer. i have had skin cancer, so i did a lot of research. i warn everyone of the risk of being in the sun without a sunblock protection.
It wont help if your dark skinned, because of the pigmentation. I have a friend who is of Maori decent and he never burns in the sun, and we are talking Australian North Coast heat. They just get darker.
... that's interesting, but according to doctors, black people need not to apply sunblock, their extra pack of melanin compared to others serves as natural spf that protects them from the harsh ray of sunlight.
EVERYBODY should be using sunblock when they catch extra rays! When I was in college, I roomed with a gal who was from Ghana. She had the darkest, glossiest skin that I've ever seen on a body, but whenever we went swimming, she'd sunburn and peel just as fast as I would. A good sunblock slowed the burn problem down.
