Do you agree drug addicts should pay for their own medical treatment?

I think the way the world is going with the out break on ice and other drugs is growing and the emergency departments are full with over doses,or complications with them,do you think they should pay for their own health treatments,as it is their choise they took the drug not the publics

Answers:
no, drug addiction is a disease like any other.

The best solution is to offer methadone or whatever for free. That gets the addicts off the street. Keeps them from doing crimes, violent ones sometimes even. And then they are there and can be treated. Society will ignore that sort thing at its peril. Way cheaper to give some free drugs than 100K a year for jail I think.

NO i dont think so they may be BAd but still a man who Needs HELP... They are Victims Too
