Strep Throat?

Question: Hey guys- I have strep throat, and I also have mono right now. I haven't gone to the doc yet for the strep throat (I've had it for three-four days maybe) I'll be going mondy. But anyways... I'm currently taking Zoloft, Seroquel, an acne medication and Focalin. If they put me on something for strep throat (excluding pennesylin, sulfa- i'm allergic) Do you think that it will react/ or what do you suggest?

other possible choices are levaquin, ketek, omnicef. there is a slight risk of omnicef reacting in people with penicillin allergy, but otherwise you should be okay if they decide that you have a strep throat. severe mono can also look exactly like a strep throat, good luck
