I've not felt myself for about a week now,very irritated and snappy with people..?

Now i've started to feel very hot, shaky and sweating but it feels as though its only on my face..got burnt in the sun about a week ago....could this be sunstoke?

My sister had sunstroke last year on holiday, somes like it could be as she had similar symptoms of being hot and shaky. Being irritable and snappy could be down to the heat spell we've had over the last few days. Lack of sleep, tiredness and the hot weather have certainly, made a few people in my work place irritable, arguments have started over silly things that wouldn't usually have fazed them a few weeks ago. Hopefully, the heat spell will die down soon, and we'll all be able to sleep properly. I think this is the main reason for most people's mood changes over the last week, it seems to be where i work, as they mention lack of sleep.

its possible you have sunstroke. after getting badly sunburned, i usually dont feel good for a few days. its also possible youre having a reaction to any medication you have taken recently.

Or you are pregnet. It is hot out ,and I find it hard to be nice myself.try to relaxe.

I am unsure about this, but i can say a lot of people at work have been like this too, they seem to blame the heat, and not been able to sleep because of it, and such. If it continues then maybe go to the docs, especially if you are shaking, and sweating!

are you eating enough? maybe its that or dehydration? eat and drink loads of water!

i could come round and feel you all over, all night, then we would both feel great, if a little stiff, but that would wear off x
