Answers:
The skin is one of the major organs. Cilia in the nose prevents inhalation, the normal bacteria in the body that live there, white blood cells in the bloodstream, eyelashes and tears in the eyes, etc, etc. Our bodies come with self-healing structures unless they are pushed beyond their limits and can no longer function properly.

Other Answers:
our skin!
This is pretty basic, but: skin, eyes, nose (hairs and mucus), lung mucus and cilia, intestinal mucosa. And if they get inside: macrophages, dendritic cells, granulocytes, leukocytes, spleen, lymph nodes, the complement cascade.
How about our normal flora--not a structure or an organ, but the bacteria that inhabit certain areas of our bodies and help keep other bacteria from proliferating. Otherwise, some examples of structures, etc. hairs in the nasal passages, the sneeze reflex, cilia in the airways, etc.
