If i travel for more than 5 hours my stomach bloats up ,have pain and want to hit the loo urgent. any solution

1)It sounds to me like you are lactose intolerant but Go see a doctor just to make sure.
2) stay off milk/yogurt/cheese/butter for at least two weeks.
2) Avoid coffee/tea and sugars for the same period.

You may be "lactose intolerant". (Easy on the dairy)
Also, you need to take some precautions when traveling
Eat small meals on the day before you take a long trip
Do not drink alcohol or carbonated beverages in-flight, but do drink lots of water
get out of your seat at least once and hour and move about the cabin
