Take a rolled up hand towel and place it under your neck.Take a couple of cushions and put them under your knees. Lie like this for a few nights should bring relief. This gives your spine time to readjust to its natural self. Try a chiropractor and ask what other measures may help. Another idea is to lie on your side with a pillow between your legs length wise. This raises your hips level and puts less strain on your other muscles.Good luck, and sleep easy.
I think flat on your back. try sleeping on the floor for about 2 weeks you'll feel the improvement.
lie on youre back

in this way youre spreading you body pressure evenly rahter thna on one side
I have the same problem. Make sure your matress is giving you proper support and the same with your pillow(s) You shouldn't sleep with your sholder on the pillow and if your mattress is older than 10 years, it may be time for a new one.
On your back with a proper supporting mattress. If you have a properly supported mattress, sleeping on your sides is ok if the mattress contours to your frame. But sleeping on your back is ideal.
Lying on your back is the best position for sleeping.
