I am thinking you have seen a Dr other wise you would not know what the troubles were (or are you just guessing this is what it is?) if your guessing then see a Dr. But I have a pinched Ulnar nerve and the pain goes right along my arm and into my neck my should aches and I have pins and needles in my hand. I got a tri pillow I find that really helps esp for my neck pain
