My stomach keeps twitching!?

Question: Since 5 today my stomach has been twitching like crazy!! It's done it before, but i was wondering maybe if anyone knew the problem. It always happens on the right side of my stomach.. No pain or anything, and i just started my period today, if that has anything to do with it!! Thanks

Could be mild cramps if you just started your period..or, if you happen to feel it a few days before your period, it could be the egg being released from your ovary. Some women can feel this and then know that their period will start within the next couple of days. It feels like a little tickle when it happens.

It's just an errant nerve twitch. I get them once in a while on my eyelids or other parts of my body. Could be due to stress but it will pass.
