should I write: "nursing licence" or is it better to write that somebody has "certificate stating qualifiactions of a nurse"?

can I write in English that it was issued by the District Chamber of Nurses and Midwives?

The phrase I would use is "nursing qualifications."
It's better if you have a nurse Diploma from an University ! Somehow I feel very scared with such a question, all nurses must have their Diplomas !!
