You should see a sleep specialist ASAP. You may have serious issues that could get even worse with time.
My sleep habits were similar in many ways and now use a CPAP machine to keep my airways open. I sleep much better, have more energy, and now often wake up before the alarm goes off! I never leave home overnight without my CPAP.it's the greatest.
