Yesterday I posted a question pertaining to a head injury I have but there are other details .Help please?

As I stated I sustained a severe head injury night before last. I also stated that I don't have health insurance and yes, I found out today an ER does have to take me. But I have a problem that I was too embarrased to say yesterday. I have a husband that abuses me and when I left he took the car and cell phone, everything. I'm at my parents cabin and it's pretty remote. He doesn't know where it is that's why I ran to here. My friend brought me here and she's supposed to be coming back on Thurs to pick me up. He's going to deer camp and I'll be able to get my things and an order of protection. I have another question about my injury. What does it mean when the bruise seems to be spreading. What started as a huge knot on at hairline has spread down almost to my eye. It's still very swollen and VERY tender to the touch. I still have a bad headache but on top of it now is this shooting, throbing pain behind my right eye, the same side I sustained the blow. I'm no longer throwing up but the

i didnt get to read your question yesterday, but am a little saddend by some of the responses you got to this one. there isnt much i can say to take your mind off things. but your right. your injury is very seriouse. did he do that to you ? have you tried emailing a health website for advice ? im not in america so i dont know of any there. good luck and ignore the hurtful responses, one day they may need some sympthy!

Etiher this is a sick joke or your husband has beaten you senseless. Call the cops and they will take you to get your stuff and arrange for you to stay in a shelter.

a bruise is pretty much blood under the skin it means either your still bleeding or its just the blood tricked down. get to a dr right away if its spreading it could be a sign of internal bleeding.

go to the er immediately you could have a crack in your scull
also report his butt . make sure you get protection , it may be your life or death.

You need to take some Motrin, and stay down.relax until you can get checked..you're gonna be alright and as far as the bruising..it may continue for a few days until all the blood seeps up.bruising is just a broken blood vessel and it make take a few days to stop. Don't put your head lower than your waist and use ice to maintain swelling.

You need to take antibiotic , strong one such as keflex 500 or ceclor 750 mg and concerning the bruises are the infection spreading and this prompting rapid administration of antibiotics

why the heck post things on the internet like this when you know if this is true. go to the ER Email someone to come get you to take you to the ER or for god sakes contact the frickin hospital via the internet. No one here can help you. You have to help yourself. Its your frickin life. By Thursday you could be dead. Probably waiting for the answer you want right here on Yahoo. you have no phone? you do have internet. email. hospitals have internet. the sheriff's office has internet.

I am glad you are out of reach of your husband. You have a severe injury. You said it is spreading and worse now. You need a doctors advise and check up. Perhaps he will advise antibiotics. If you do not have medical facility you need to do some thing fast. I do not know whether in the country you live the medicins are available without prescription or not. Ask your parents or friends to see whether they can speak to their doctor and ask what precautions to take to prevent the infection from spreading.. God bless.

You need medical attention. Throwing up could be a sign of concussion. Look in the mirror and see if your eyes are reacting correctly to light. (Dilating properly) You could have a fracture, or at the very least you have a hematoma. Get to some medical facility, have your friend take pictures of your injury, and call the police. Listen; A man who abuses you DOES NOT LOVE YOU. He has abandoned you and refused to get you any help knowing that you are injured. This could constitute kidnapping as you are there against your will. The very least is neglect. No one deserves this kind of treatment. Abuse is a progressive disease, if i were you, i would call a lawyer at my first opportunity and don't change your mind! You could lose your life someday, and even if you are fortunate enough to get away from him, what will happen to his next victim. Someone like this must be stopped. My heart goes out to you.

You seriously need to seek out medical advice. As for your husband maybe someone will mistake him for a deer. Its strange to me that he doesn't know where your parents cabin is though. But anyway, it sounds like your friend works either in a hospital or nursing home by the hours she works. A friend of mine had an order of protection and they don't mean anything unless your husband physically harms you.almost worthless. If he did this to you, why did you not call the police? They at least could have charged him with spousal abuse and that would have started the process. If you are 50-60 miles from L.R. AR then you must be I would venture to say around maybe the Hot Springs area or Russellville?? Just go ahead and at least e-mail the nearest hospital and seek out help. If he is like most deer hunters nothing is going to stop him from going anyway. Get some guts about cha girl and stand up for yourself. Don't mean to scare you or anything but you could have a bleed going on inside your head and this could be life threatening.
