take ibuprofen and use a warming pad to get it moving

Try some aleve (naproxen sodium) or a heating pad. Also try another pillow to prevent it next time.

I have never found a cure for that.

u can get a better and more comforting pillow that matches the shape of ur neck. if u dont want one, then u can wake up between hours and check ur pillow because that pain usually comes if ur putting ur head on the pillow wrong. ur pillow may turn cricket or something.

I have had that happen before. You can wait it out until it feels better or you can go see a chiropractor who should be able to adjust the problem so that it feels better. A hot bath or heating pad could help too. Also some pain reducer could releive the pain. Feel better!

Do neck and upper muscle back and neck stretches, Take a muscle relaxant, or get someone to massage it out. the massage would be more enjoyable. i would say a hot water bottle in the area on your back shoulder blade area while you are in bed

please take a soft pillow, which is not high, and try some YOGA
