What causes the slight flutters in eyelids, and how to stop them?

I get them a lot, anytime of the day, very annoying.

From what I've been told, that is caused by being over-tired. Try to get more sleep and see if that helps you.
The slight flutters are called twitches and it could be a lack in potassium, so make sure you take your vitamins!
Me too I went to the eye doctor it is such a pain they thought maybe allergies so they gave me a prescription eye drop and it stopped. Could also be other serious things see your eye doctor.
How much sleep are you getting during the night? It could be from lack of sleep. It could also be from nerves. Are you stressed at all? Well i guess who isnt stressed but stress could be a factor.
