A lot of women have similar issues when the body is under stress (such as leaking when laughing). It is called stress incontinence. Medications are not really used for this, and it is pretty common. To help it, do Kegel exercises. This is where you tense and relax your pelvic floor muscles repeatedly. Do 3 sets of 10 per day. It takes time to tone these muscles, but it will help!
