When you put an eye drop you will definitely feel it's taste in mouth if you don't, your tear draining system is at fault, You know tears flow to nasal cavity through very tiny holes situated at nasal &upper side of both eye lids which are connected to nasal cavity through tiny tubes known as canaliculi through which eye drop comes in the nasal cavity from there to throat and oral cavity as well tongoue hence you feel it's taste.
