Sounds like circulation. I get some numbness there but it is from sciatic nerve damage.

You should go for a walk every day.
Have you seen a doctor?
dont know but the first thing you need to do is get a doctor.its not worth asking on here you need a professional.
lack of blood flow
You could be wanking too much. Try cut back. I once lost every single strand of hair on my body during a particularly horny stage a few months back. Got a girlfriend now.
dude you really should be asking a doctor this question not some random people on yahoo,
don't get wrong some very nice people on yahoo but i doubt that many of them are doctors.

good luck hope your ok
Stress and a poor diet? I would definitely see a doctor and maybe take vitamin supplements for the hair loss.
Nerve damage, have you had any previous surgery or been exposed to a infectious disease. Go to a Neurologist( nervous system doctor) and find out the answers before you suffer further and more permanent damage. Something has to be causing the damage to that area of your nerves.
Same as "just_hanging" above. ( "just_hanging", how'd you do that, get your avatar upside-down, or, is it from another source?)
YOU have not mentioned about the condition of sensation ,do you feel touch & pain sensation in the area of numbness, it is very important to know. In which country you reside? It is also important.
The best way to reach to definite diagnosis skin biopsy, so get it done at the earliest.
Tell me something, if you were having a heart attack would you sit at your computer and tap in a question here? Here's what you should do in that instance: pick up the phone and dial 999. In this instance I'm pretty confident you don't need to dial 999, however you should phone your doctors on Monday morning, make and appointment and go ask them what's causing this.
I am not so sure those two things are related...I think you need to seek medical attention as soon as you can. I don't want to say that it could be bad, but with hair loss around the area that is numb, well....please, go see a Dr.
It sounds like a nerve problem from less activity than usual, but you are wise to discuss with a doctor.
