How can I wake up?

Question:
It seems that I just can't get enough sleep. I usually go to be around 10:30pm and sleep well untill 7:00 a.m. when i have to get up for classes. I am only 21 years old, I should have more energy than what I have. After classes, before work, it seems I am always trying to find a few minutes to take a nap, does any one have suggestions how I can get woke up and stop sleeping my life away?

Answers:
exercise helps greatly...A lot of times your more bored then sleepy...
if possible go to bed early.
use vitamins for a month than look.
i think u are suffering from stress and tiredness that's why u trying to take naps. i advise u to take one tablet of multivitamins and ginseng extract and have enough rest.
maybe its the food your eating. all you need is a good 8 hour sleep and make sure you eat a healthy breakfast..maybe excercise if you have the time. but the food you eat is a big role in your energy.
sounds like you might be close to burnout..you have alot of things going on with school and work and i assume trying to fit in a social life...You may need to take on less stuff...if you cant cut work hours for income reasons you may need to do less socializing or cut down on you classes next semester.cutting one class will at least free up a little time every week for you to relax.that is probably your problem. You dont have any relaxation time...sometimes it should just be about u and doing something that u want to do..take care of yourself.body, mind, and spirit and you should start feeling less tired if you just take a break from everything and take a bath with no outside interuptions and no time limit.
wake up 20 minutes earlier and take a cold shower! works every time1
Sleep happens in cycles. The average cycle is around 90 minutes give or take 30. Everyone has their own length for a cycle. If you wake up in the middle of a cycle you WILL be groggy. Try setting you alarm 30 minutes ahead of time, and or later to find that point at wich you are just ending one of your sleep cycles. Try taking naps if you have not. IF you are overweight then that could also lead to listlessness. Do a search for "BMI" and find what weight you should be at AND GET THERE! Excercise actually makes me feel more awake and energetic rather than makes me tired, this is common with most people. There are many factors that affect your energy level. Energy as our body knows it, is called CALORIES. If you do not eat enough calories then you will be tired all the time, it is your bodies defense against you not eating enough. Also something to consider is your diet. Combining certain foods will make you tired, and you will not benefit from all the nutrients of these foods. When this happens you body has to produce its own enzymes to use as nutrients. Your body actually has a limited supply of these and you will die at a younger age if you are forcing your body to use its supplies. If you are truly interested about having long lasting energy read the book "The pH Miracle" and also "Fit for Life" these books will teach you the basics of how to combine food and improve your health immensely. GOOD LUCK!
Oh and by the way about 90% of the world uses caffeine, in some way shape or form. I use it when I need it, but not everyday.
