Massage techniques, can you help me?
Question:
Answers:
Only use natural oils. Synthetic oils tend to clog the skin pores and pollute the body. Even extra virgin olive oil is fine if you do not have access to more expensive oils like Jojoba, almond or natural combination oils.
As far as techniques I highly recommend purchasing a book or video by a qualified licensed therapist or certified practitioner in Chinese, Indian or traditional massage practices.
To get started make your recipient comfortable in a soft lighted room, gentle music and warm temperature. Blend light squeezing, pressing, and stroking to the large muscles. Be sure to use techniques that go toward the trunk for circulation safety. Keep your movements light and gentle since you are not a trained therapist (yes you can hurt someone by using improper techniques) Observe their body language to make sure that you are soothing your recipient.
The more you practice the better you will get. You should also receive a massage from different professionals to experience it for yourself to better understand this ancient art.
f uck this f ucking world. Why do you have to ask? answer it ure self. LOL
