It hurts whenever my boyfriend even tries to rub it to make it feel better. and when i bend over or move it hurts so bad. its in my lower back. what is going on with me? how can i make the pain go away? please help. it hurts so bad right now

Answers:
Sit down in front of couch with you face towards the front. Lay back in the floor, put your feet and legs up on the couch. Lay like this for about and hour and see if it helps.
Have your parents take you to the doctor for some mild pain killers or pain patches. Have you tried any of the patches like Icy Hot and etc. My son suffered with scoliosis, I can understand your pain.
Good Luck!

Other Answers:
The one and only best proven way is sleep on a HARD BED.

Use a plysheet below your bedsheet. This firmness straightens the back to its original relaxed position, and eases the pain that is
caused by faulty posture.Avoid rolled up & soft pillows etc.

Start right now. You'll feel much better.Permanently.
Well I'm sorry to hear that you have such a painful disease. the only thing i can say sweety is to use extra firm body pillows. if you cant find them extra firm make them by useing old pillow fluff and stuff the body pillow and sew it back up. i hope that helps
I'm so sorry that you are having this pain and I'm sorry you have scoliosis. I hope that the scoliosis is slight.

have you had any falls or injuries? If so, you need to go to a hospital Emergency Room and do nothing except take Tylenol before you see the doctor there.

If no falls or injuries,You should still be seeing a doctor to deal with this issue because of your scoliosis. Untill then, there are pain medications. Tylenol helps and so does ibuprofen.
That's if you don't have any medical conditions or take any medications that prevent you from taking these.

You can try heat or cold. If I'm haing a lot of pain, sometimes the cold works better. You have to be careful that you don't burn yourself with the heat and put a washcloth between you and the cold pack or ice pack. Don't use either for more than 15 minutes at a time or more frequently than every 1 and 1/2 hours.

You can try lightly stretching the muscles that are painful.

The bottom line is that you need to see a doctor and have him diagnose the problem and prescribe the proper treatment.
